Cleaning steps

The parts of the valve must be treated by the following process before assembly:
1,according to the processing requirements, some parts need to do polishing treatment, the surface can not have processing burrs and so on;
2,All parts are degreased;
3,After the degreasing is completed, pickling passivation is carried out, and the cleaning agent does not contain phosphorus;
4,After pickling and purification, rinse with pure water, there can be no agent residue, carbon steel parts omit this step;
5,one by one parts with non-woven cloth for drying, can not be wired hair and other parts left on the surface, or with clean nitrogen to blow dry;
6,with non-woven cloth or precision filter paper stained with analytical pure alcohol on each part to wipe, until no dirty color.

Daily Maintenance：

1,the valve storage environment should be noted, should be stored in a dry and ventilated indoor, and block the ends of the access road.
2,the valve should be regularly inspected, and remove the dirt on it, coated with anti-rust oil on its surface.
3,after the installation and application of the valve, it should be regularly overhauled to ensure its normal operation.
4,Valve sealing surface should be viewed whether wear and tear, and according to the situation for repair or replacement.
5,Check whether the trapezoidal threads of the valve stem and stem nut are worn, whether the packing is outdated and ineffective, etc., and replace them as necessary.
6,The sealing performance of the valve should be tested to ensure its performance.
7,Operating valves should be intact, with complete bolts on flange and bracket, undamaged threads and no loosening.
8,If the handwheel is lost, it should be matched in time, and not be able to use a live wrench instead.
9,packing gland is not allowed to be skewed or no pre-tightening gap.
10,if the valve is used in harsh environments, susceptible to rain, snow, dust, sand and other dirt, it should be installed for the valve stem protective cover.
11,the scale on the valve should be kept intact, accurate, clear, valve seals, caps.
12,insulation jacket should be free of depression, cracks.
13,the operation of the valve, avoid knocking on it, or support heavy objects, etc.
