Working Principle of Pop-up Drainer
Pop-up drainer utilizes compressed air to generate elastic force, which makes the elastic clapper plate in direct contact with the liquid surface produce bouncing movement, and discharges the liquid accumulated in the pipeline or storage tank.
Compressed air or steam is transported to the inside of the bouncing drainer through the gas pipeline.

The compressed air or steam enters the back of the elastic clapper, which makes the clapper produce bending movement.

When the pressure of compressed air or steam reaches a certain value, the elastic clapper plate will pop up, so that the upper end of the clapper plate is in contact with the liquid surface, and when the clapper plate bounces back, the liquid will follow the clapper plate to pop up and flow out together.

When the drainage is completed, the compressed air or steam stops entering, the clapper returns to its original position, and gravity holds the clapper tightly against the outlet again.
