What Is Ball Valve?

threaded connection
A common type of ball valve connection for small diameter piping systems. The threaded connection of the ball valve has two threads at both ends, and the ball valve is fixed to the two sections of pipeline through the threads alternately. The advantage of this connection is easy to install and simple to disassemble, but because of its poor connection security, it is generally not applicable to high-pressure, high-temperature, high-viscosity and corrosive media fluid pipelines.

The ball valve of butt-clamp connection is installed in the middle of the pipeline, and the upper and lower ends are installed with threaded joints and quick clamping devices respectively.
