Description

Sanitary Safety Valve is calibrated to a specific pressure by adjusting the spring and tightening the nut. The calibration pressure is the maximum safe pressure value to avoid equipment damage.

Under normal working pressure, the valve is closed. When the system pressure exceeds the calibration pressure, the valve opens. The pressure in the piping system is released, so as to protect the equipment.

The safety Valve is also called relief valve.

Under normal operating conditions,the valve remains closed.
The specific pressure is set by adjusting the spring with the pressure nut.
When the pressure in the pipes is above the specific pressure,the valve becomes open automatically to make the liquid pass over in order to reduce the pressure in the pipes.
