Tri Clamp Sample Valve

Tri Clamp Sample Valve is designed for disinfection and sterilization before and after each sampling operation.

The valve can be opened by rotating the handle (adjustable valve) or switch lever (opening and closing the valve). When the shaft core and diaphragm are opened, this allows the fluid to pass through the sample.

In response to the operating handle, the built-in spring closes the valve while maintaining the communication between the two sections of hoses for sterilization and disinfection. If you need to use steam, it is recommended that the user install a small pressure regulating valve on the outlet side.

Valve specifications that can be provided to users: the first type is used to process low-viscosity materials, such as water, beer, wine, and liquid milk; the second type is used to process high-viscosity materials, such as yogurt, syrup and ice cream, etc. .

We suggest to users that the diaphragm should be replaced after every 100 sampling operations or sterilization operations.
