The working principle of Sanitary Pneumatic Stainless Steel Butterfly Valve as following:

The closing part (disc or butterfly plate) is a disc, which rotates around the valve shaft to achieve opening, closing or adjustment. It is mainly used for cutting off and throttling on the pipeline. The pneumatic stainless steel butterfly valve is usually less than 90° from fully open to fully closed. For the positioning of the butterfly plate, a worm gear reducer should be installed on the valve stem. The use of a worm gear reducer can not only make the butterfly plate self-locking and stop the butterfly plate at any position, but also improve the operating performance of the valve.

Sanitary Pneumatic Stainless Steel Butterfly Valve adopts top-loading structure, which reduces the connecting bolts of the valve body itself under the conditions of high pressure and large caliber, and enhances the reliability of the valve and overcomes the influence of the self-weight of the system on the normal work of the valve.
