Description

Sanitary Clamped Sterile Sample Valve is designed for disinfection and sterilization before and after each sampling operation. It is mainly used for the collection of material samples in tank equipment or pipelines, and can also be installed at the lowest point of tank equipment or pipelines to drain residual liquid. It is widely used in industries such as beer, milk, beverages, fruit juices, and biopharmaceuticals.

Principle of Operation

By turning the handle (adjustable valve), the valve can be opened. When the shaft core and diaphragm are opened, this allows the fluid to pass through the sample.

Reverse operation of the handle, the valve is closed, and at the same time, the passage between the two sections of hoses is kept in communication for sterilization and disinfection. If steam is required, it is recommended that the user install a small pressure regulating valve at the outlet end.

Connect the steam hose to the upper connecting pipe of the valve; turn on the steam source and let it flow through the valve for sterilization, at 121°C for 1 minute; turn off the steam source; remove the steam hose and put a sterile rubber A plug or a sterile blind plate is installed on the upper connecting tube.
