Description
Sanitary Welded Aseptic Pneumatic Sampling Valve is designed for disinfection and sterilization before and after each sampling operation.Main sampling materials include water, beer, wine, and liquid milk,yogurt, syrup and ice cream, etc.
The valve can be opened by rotating the handle or switch lever. When the shaft core and diaphragm are opened, this allows the fluid to pass through the sample.
When use the valve, the steam must be dry because the condensate will damage the diaphragm.
After every 100 sampling operations or sterilization operations, we suggest the diaphragm should be replaced.
