Description

 

When we use sanitary welded check valve,the pressure on the lower part of the valve stem exceeds the pressure on the stem and the spring force, the check valve opens.

When the up and down pressures of the valve stem are balanced, the valve will close.

A higher reverse pressure will act on the valve stem to close it.

 

The sanitary check valve has two structural forms:

1. Check valve adopts clamp type connection method, which is characterized by economy and application, and is widely used in the food industry.

 

2. Check is composed of thickened valve body and two-piece method, which is characterized by easy installation and disassembly.

 

Working principle

This series check valve is used in stainless steel piping system to achieve the purpose of preventing fluid backflow.
